A Creative Community
The Circle City Industrial Complex is home to Indianapolis’ largest artist community. With more than 60 “protected” studio spaces (spaces that will only be rented to artists), we strive to create a sustainable, gentrification-proof home for all types of visual art, from photography to ceramics; painting to performance art.
Due to very high demand and low turnover of studio spaces, we do not keep a wait list. If you are interested in studio space, please contact us for availability. Studio rentals are subject to a portfolio review and artists are required to participate in a minimum of six First Friday events per year.
